A Nervous System Mapping & Assessment is a focused, in-depth somatic session designed to understand how your nervous system is currently organized.
We look at:
How your system responds to stress, safety, connection, and overwhelm
The patterns that have formed over time
What your system has been doing to protect you
How trauma patterns may be showing up in your body, thoughts, behaviors, and symptoms now
Not as something to fix —
but as something to understand with precision.

The Process
Before your session:
You complete a detailed intake form
This begins the process of identifying your patterns, symptoms, history, and goals
During your session:
We explore your nervous system through clear frameworks and diagrams
We use guided somatic exercises to assess your system in real time
We look at hyperarousal, hypoarousal, threat responses, and regulation patterns
We explore Polyvagal Theory and somatic parts work
We begin identifying what supports your system in moving toward regulation
You are not passively receiving information.
You are learning your system in a way that becomes usable.
Without Revisiting the Past
You do not need to retell your trauma story for this work to be effective.
We focus on:
What your system had to do to adapt
How those adaptations are still present
What is ready to shift now
How to support your body out of survival patterns without overwhelm
For many people, there is relief in this.
Change becomes possible without having to go back through everything again.
