It’s understanding how the nervous system has adapted to stress and survival — and practicing what helps it begin feeling safe enough to heal.
This assessment is rooted in Somatic Experiencing®, nervous system education, and body-based approaches to trauma, chronic illness, and stress-related symptoms.

A Nervous System Mapping & Assessment is a focused somatic session designed to help you understand why your system may still feel stuck — even after years of inner work.
Together, we explore:
How stress and survival responses may still be affecting your body and nervous system
Why symptoms like anxiety, burnout, shutdown, or chronic illness may continue to persist
What may be keeping your system from feeling safe enough to fully shift or heal
Practical tools to support greater regulation, healing, and ease
Not from a place of fixing yourself —
but from a place of helping your system move toward healing.
Before your session:
You’ll complete an intake form to help us begin understanding your symptoms, patterns, experiences, and goals
During your session:
We’ll gently explore your nervous system together
We may use simple frameworks and somatic exercises to better understand your experience
We’ll explore what may help your system feel more regulated, supported, and able to heal
