How We Do That

Most people organize their lives around pressure, urgency, and obligation.

For many women with fawn-dominant nervous systems, it can be difficult to accurately track capacity, time, and limits in real time. This often leads to overscheduling, overextending, and chronic exhaustion.

The Choose Your Week Method™

A structured somatic practice you’ll be guided through each week to help you organize your life from internal self-regulation instead of survival patterns.

Each week, you practice:

  • Returning to yourself.

  • Orienting to what’s present in your life.

  • Discerning what nourishes vs. depletes you.

  • Making aligned decisions.

  • Cultivating boundaries as sacred agency.

  • Structuring your week in support of your nervous system.

This is where your healing becomes how you live.
