These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of The Somatic Healing Garden website and to information provided through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Services are also subject to the separate Service Agreement and any program-specific terms you sign when you book or enroll. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement for your services will control.

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, mental health counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

The Somatic Healing Garden provides somatic services, nervous system education, coaching, and related wellness support within the practitioner’s training and scope. No particular outcome or result is promised. You remain responsible for decisions about your health and for seeking appropriate licensed care.

Appointments, fees, and cancellations

Appointment availability, fees, payment terms, and program details are provided when you book or enroll. Your signed Service Agreement and applicable program terms describe the specific services you have purchased.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

For services paid for at the time of the session:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24–48 hours before the appointment incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate.

  • Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice incur the full session fee.

For prepaid packages or programs:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24–48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to practitioner availability. If we cannot find a mutually available time within that period, the session will be considered used. No additional fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used. No additional fee will be charged.

All rescheduling is subject to practitioner availability and the applicable package or program completion timeframe. Rescheduling does not extend a package or program expiration date unless The Somatic Healing Garden agrees to the extension in writing. Applicable fees may be charged to the payment method on file as described in your signed Service Agreement.

Electronic communications

You may contact The Somatic Healing Garden electronically, including by email, text message, or through scheduling or client platforms we use. Electronic messages may not be secure or appropriate for urgent matters. Please use the client portal, when available, for sensitive information and do not use text or email for emergencies.

Text messaging terms

Text messaging is optional and is not required to receive or purchase services. The Somatic Healing Garden uses texts for direct communication and basic support, such as answering questions, coordinating appointments, and sending appointment-related updates. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.

Message frequency depends on your communication and support needs. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. You may also email hello@somatichealinggarden.com to ask us to stop. We will send a one-time confirmation and then stop texting you. To resume, opt in again or contact us. Reply HELP or email hello@somatichealinggarden.com for assistance.

Encounters outside the office

If you happen to see your practitioner in public, your practitioner will respect your privacy and will not acknowledge you first. You may choose whether to say hello or start a conversation.

Website materials and acceptable use

The website and its contents—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and educational materials—belong to The Somatic Healing Garden or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its forms or content.

External websites

This website may link to third-party websites or resources. The Somatic Healing Garden does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. You access them at your own discretion.

Disclaimers and limits

This website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, The Somatic Healing Garden disclaims warranties related to website availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
