SOMATIC TRAINING INSTITUTE
Practitioner Certification - Level I
™
Enrolling Now Thru July 10th
A Foundational Training in Somatic Practice, Nervous System Regulation & Relational Healing —
Designed to support women and practitioners working with sensitive nervous systems and relational healing.
July 2026 – January 2027
Live Online + In-Person Neuroceptive Touch™ Intensive
This training was created for women who naturally attune.
Women who feel deeply.
Women who notice what others miss.
Women who are drawn toward healing, embodiment, nervous system work, and relational care.
Sensitivity is not weakness — it is relational intelligence.
Many women with sensitive nervous systems have spent years learning how to survive environments that felt too fast, too overwhelming, too disconnected, or too emotionally unsafe.
And many helping professionals are never taught how to work skillfully with sensitive nervous systems.
Sensitive Intelligence™ was created to change that.
This training teaches foundational somatic practitioner skills rooted in:
nervous system literacy
relational safety
embodied presence
regulation-focused facilitation
Neuroceptive Cycling™
and foundational Neuroceptive Touch™
Students will learn how to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and authentic self-connection through relationally attuned somatic practice.
This is more than a training.
For many students, this becomes:
a path toward meaningful work
a deepening of embodied self-awareness
a new relationship with sensitivity
a way of helping others while continuing to regulate and support themselves
and the beginning of a purpose-aligned practice and life
This work cannot be replaced by AI.
It requires:
human presence
human attunement
human nervous systems — in relationship

Frequently Asked Questions
-
This is a foundational 7-month training program in somatic practice, nervous system regulation, and relational healing. It’s designed to provide the practical skills needed to begin practicing as a somatic healing practitioner specializing in sensitive nervous systems. Upon completion, you’ll be certified as a Sensitive Intelligence Somatic Healing Practitioner Level 1.
-
This training is specifically created for women with highly sensitized nervous systems who have already completed foundational somatic healing work on themselves. You don’t need existing professional training - the program works whether you’re starting fresh or integrating these skills into an existing client-centered practice.
-
The demand for this specialized work is extremely high, yet most helping professionals aren’t taught how to work skillfully with sensitive nervous systems. Many people with sensitive systems leave appointments feeling worse because they need a level of titration and safety that most practitioners aren’t trained to provide. This work also cannot be replaced by AI since it requires nervous system co-regulation between practitioner and client.
-
Those of us with sensitive systems developed the superpower of reading other people’s nervous systems as a survival adaptation. Once we’ve healed our self-abandoning patterns, we can use this gift therapeutically while staying connected to ourselves. The training teaches highly titrated approaches specifically designed for sensitive nervous systems - if you can work with a highly sensitized system, you can work with anyone.
-
Touch training is not required for certification. However, attendance at the October in-person weekend is strongly recommended because it teaches advanced relational skills that apply to non-touch sessions as well. You can receive certification without doing hands-on touch work, but you would need to be clear that you don’t specialize in touch work.
-
The program runs 7 months with 6 active training months plus a December integration break. It includes:
Two live Saturday trainings per month
Monthly Thursday evening mentorship calls (5:00-6:30 PM Arizona time)
One in-person weekend in October for touch foundations
WhatsApp community for peer connection and scheduling
-
Module 1 (July): Foundations of sensitive intelligence, polyvagal theory, practitioner presence, basic co-regulation skills
Module 2 (August): Neuroceptive Cycling™ methodology - core skill for tracking and guiding client nervous systems toward regulation
Module 3 (September): Complete session structure including three pathways: coaching, therapeutic nervous system, and touch
Module 4 (October): Neuroceptive Touch™ foundations during in-person weekend - advanced relational skills and titrated touch protocols
Module 5 (November): Somatic self integration (parts work), working with fawn response patterns, centering Core Self
Module 6 (January): Ethics, professional boundaries, liability insurance, and responsible practice setup
-
You’ll complete 36 total practice hours:
12 peer practice hours with other cohort members
24 practice client hours with friends, family, or existing clients
-

A Final Note
Sensitive Intelligence™ was created for women who have always known there was another way.
A slower way.
A more relational way.
A way of working with nervous systems that honors sensitivity rather than overriding it.
Sensitivity is not weakness — it is relational intelligence.
This work is not about becoming a perfect practitioner.
It is about becoming a more attuned, embodied, relationally safe human being — and learning how to support others from that place.
If you feel called toward this work, you are warmly welcome here.
